Shopping Flow

1.Select the item you wish to purchase.

After you decide on an item, click [Add to Cart]. The item is added to Your Cart (left-side pane).

2.Go to Checkout

Click [Checkout] at the bottom of the Shopping Cart. The next screen appears and shows the items in your Shopping Cart.

3.Checkout

Please enter your personal information, delivery address and payment method following the instructions on the screen.

4.Receive a confirmation mail

You will receive an e-mail containing the details of your order.

5.Receive the items you ordered.

First-Class Mail International ( Flat Charge£19.50)

ON ALL ORDERS $19.50 FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Tax

Our price excludes tax.
Your area may impose a tax. Please see table below for details.

U.S. Domestic Orders
Sales tax will be added for all orders shipped to New York Sates (8.625%).

International Orders
Viva La Tokyo cannot anticipate taxes applied by overseas Customs houses.

Customs
All additional taxes, fees, tariffs, import fees, and surcharges levied by destination countries are the responsibility of the customer. Active Endeavors cannot determine in advance the amount, if any, that will be charged. Please check with customs house of your country to ascertain if any additional charges will be applied to your order. UPS assumes responsibility for such charges and bills the recipient accordingly. Viva La Tokyo does not receive any money from customs and import fees.

If you refuse to pay customs charges on an incoming shipment, it will be returned to Viva La Tokyo at our expense.
We will then deduct that charge, as well as any additional customs charges, from the refund of the original purchase price.
